Shipping Info

We use USPS as our default shipping service which means 5-7 business days from the time we send out your order. The fee associated with shipping your order will be shown at the time you place your order. If you require a faster grade of service (eg, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air), send us an email and we’ll provide you with a quote on the additional shipping charges that will require your approval before initiating.



All shipping fees will be paid online via credit card or PayPal as part of your order submission.


Sales Tax

Our company is headquartered in Illinois so orders that are placed by companies that are based outside of Illinos will not be charged sales tax. For those companies in Illinois, standard sales tax will apply depending on the county where your business resides.


International Shipments

The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes and Custom fees. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees. Custom fees (taxes, duties, brokerage fees, etc) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order. These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges. We do not issue any refunds for custom fees, shipping or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fee.


Candler Ties respects your privacy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. All data that we keep on you is kept strictly confidential for Chandler Ties business use only. We use your IP address to help diagnose any potential problems with our server and to administer our website. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart. Our website uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart. We may at some future date use cookies for website personalization to help enhance your interaction with Chandler Ties. You can, however, reject cookies and still use the www.chandlerties.com site, however, it will disable the ability for the site to recognize your cart, your account and any personalization efforts.


If at any time the Chandler Ties website should contain links to other sites, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other third party sites. Our website uses an order form to enable our customers to purchase products from Chandler Ties. Via our order form, we collect information regarding company name, physical address, email address, phone number and financial information. This contact information is used to fulfill your orders and to communicate with you regarding Chandler Ties products. Financial information that is collected by Chandler Ties is strictly used to bill customers for products that they’ve ordered. Chandler Ties makes efforts to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. It is important for you to protect yourself against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer.

The Chandler Ties returns policy applies only to damaged goods. We will consider product returns if we are notified within 30 days of our ship date and will make arrangements for a replacement product.


Should you need to return any damaged merchandise, please send an email along with a photo of the damaged product to: kgilbert@chandlerties.com. Once you’ve received a confirming email from us regarding your request for a return, simply pack up your product, your original invoice, and a note explaining the damage, along with your contact information, including a shipping address. You will be responsible for any costs associated with your damaged good return and Chandler Ties will pay for shipping costs associated with sending you a replacement. Once we have inspected your return and have accepted it as damaged, we will send you a new product.

Any purchaser of Chandler Ties products shall fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chandler Ties from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever ( including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury and/or wrongful death), whether brought by an individual or other entity, or imposed by a court of law or by administrative action of any federal, state, or local governmental body or agency, arising out of, in any way whatsoever, any acts, omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct on the part of Reseller, its officers, owners, personnel, employees, agents, contractors, invitees, or volunteers . This indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgments, awards, decrees, attorneys & fees, and related costs or expenses, and any reimbursements to Chandler Ties for all legal fees, expenses, and costs incurred by it.
